Strategia Returns to Loyola College – A Two-Day Business Strategy Challenge for India’s Next-Gen Leaders

Strategia is back at Loyola College, Chennai, arranged by the Department of B. Com (Honours) on February 2nd and 3rd. This two-day national business strategy challenge is for India’s emerging leaders. This event features a total prize pool of ₹3,00,000, along with a specially selected Startup Expo. We also have a panel discussion lineup packed with knowledgeable speakers. Strategia has steadily grown from a inter-collegiate challenge to a national platform for future managers, consultants, and finance enthusiasts. The event now draws talented individuals from across the country.

This year, our lineup includes leaders who have built and grown successful businesses in the real world, raising the standard for what to expect. CK Kumaravel, the co-founder of Naturals Salon, provides first hand insight into brand building and entrepreneurship. Pooja Srinivasa Raja, founder of The Love Hope Company and MD at Adyar Ananda Bhavan, offers a strong perspective on leadership and business strategy across different ventures. Sarathbabu Elumalai and Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali will join us as well, bringing perspectives that combine business growth with social responsibility. A number of other industry leaders and VCs are also scheduled to attend the event. This offers attendees direct access to decision-makers who support and develop new ventures.

Here, participants really have a chance to not just compete, but to get noticed. The opportunity for visibility is quite strong. These events are set up to really put various skills to the test, like analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, risk assessment, and adaptability. Teams are challenged to think quickly and explain their decisions, just like professionals do. This happens when they are working on a consulting-style case, reacting to market changes in a trading simulation, or competing in business quizzes.

Participants also have the chance to network with peers from various colleges and connect with industry experts. These interactions often lead to opportunities like internships, mentorships, and collaborations. They can build relationships that will help them grow.

For many who are involved, Strategia’26 is more than just a competition; it marks a turning point in realizing what they are capable of. If you’re studying for a career in finance, consulting, management, or entrepreneurship, this experience really helps you stand out. Registration is now open. Space is limited, and these events typically fill up quickly. It’s a good idea for teams to confirm early to secure participation.

This February, Loyola College becomes the arena where future business leaders take their first serious shot at proving what they are capable of.
