To add an analytical dimension to the event, a guesstimate challenge was conducted at the outset, which helped to simulate real-world experience in consulting and startup decisions. The participants were asked to solve estimation problems with a very tight time constraint, which helped to sharpen their business acumen and take decisions confidently even without sufficient data.
The panel discussion was on “Thinking Like a Business Leader in the Age of AI”, which was all about the evolution of leadership in the face of rapid technological advancements. Kamlesh Mohanty spoke about the AI revolution that is going to bring a new era of intelligence and disruption and the need for Indian business to scale and achieve competition at a global level.
Raghav Venkat spoke about the concept of AI being a “Co- founder” of businesses. C.K. Kumaravel emphasized the point that courage is one of the most important factors in being an entrepreneur, more than timing or conditions being right. Reji Joseph reflected on the idea of growth, stating that focusing purely on money can prevent growth in other aspects sometimes.
Nithin Alexander emphasized the point of networking in college, referring to the growth of the startup ecosystem in Tamil Nadu. The Startup Expo and panel discussion brought the aspect of experience to Strategia’26 – not just competition but also how business is thought, grown and led in the AI world.
