Technical consultation before purchase: A good supplier will ask about your feedwater analysis, recovery targets, and discharge requirements before recommending a product. If someone quotes you a price without asking about your water chemistry, they are selling, not solving.
After-sales support and inventory reliability: Membrane replacement is time-sensitive. A supplier who takes four weeks to deliver a replacement membrane is costing you four weeks of reduced output. Fast turnaround and local inventory availability are non-negotiable for industrial clients.
Multi-membrane expertise: No single membrane type works for every application. Your partner should be able to recommend across RO, UF, NF, and MBR technologies based on your specific process requirements, not push whatever product they have in stock.
